A clear way to cancel your membership
Use Club Deportivo ENTER’s cancellation request and enter the registered gymnast’s details. Check the notice period before submitting.
Before you apply
Ordinary membership cancellation is submitted using the club’s cancellation form. Requests received on or before the 15th take effect that same month; later requests take effect the following month, according to the rule stated in the form. WhatsApp is not the designated administrative channel for this procedure. Keep a copy and ask the club if you need to confirm the effective date. This rule does not restrict withdrawal or other statutory rights.
Cancellation of club membership and the status of the federation licence are separate matters. Membership cancellation must not be assumed to cancel the licence or insurance cover automatically. Ask the club about processing status and the federation about the applicable conditions.
Keep a copy of your request. Contact the club if you need to confirm the effective cancellation date. Statutory withdrawal is different from ordinary membership cancellation.
