Acrobatic gymnastics together
Acrobatic gymnastics: learning to work together
Acrobatic gymnastics is built on working with others. Learning to coordinate movements, listen and respect a partner’s pace is part of training from the start.
01
Finding a shared rhythm
Pair and group exercises mean paying attention to each other. Learning a movement is only part of the task: gymnasts also practise starting, supporting and finishing it together.
Classes combine individual skills with partner work. Balances, supports and physical preparation are introduced progressively under the coaching team’s guidance.
02

Building trust through practice
Trust takes time. Gymnasts learn to explain when something feels difficult, ask for help and repeat an exercise without rushing. Coaches adapt the work to the group’s level and help each person understand what to practise next.
Competition routines are the result of that gradual process. Beginners focus on the foundations and get used to training in a group where everyone has a part to play.
03
Everyone contributes
Coordination, consistency and listening matter in simple exercises as well as demanding ones. Working with others also means accepting feedback and recognising a teammate’s effort.
Children do not need to decide about competing when they first join. The school gives them time to discover the sport and develop their skills. Coaches can then advise on suitable next steps.

Meet the ENTER team
ENTER offers acrobatic gymnastics in Moralzarzal and Parla. Our gymnastics school welcomes children from age six, with or without previous experience.
Our first-class guide explains how to get started. When requesting a trial, tell us your child’s age and experience so the team can suggest a group and confirm availability.
